The Mighty Silver Jets Pee Wee Football Team

Let's go back 55 years and take a look at the 1950 Silver Jets Pee Wee football team.  That's 6 years prior to our graduation, or, what we now call "middle school."  Many of these players were 12 years old and in our class.  Most of them were outstanding members of the 1955-56 SHS Bulldogs varsity football squad.

Can you identify them?   

This picture was provided by Bill Gray, SHS Class of 1955.  He's the tallest one on the team--back row, third from left.
