Jane Flurry Thompson (dec.) and Sandra Foreman Morris relax on the deck at the home of Nancy King Stewart in 1981. Jane is on your left, and Sandra is on the right. Of course you recognize these young ladies because this photo was taken only 25 years after our graduation, and, at about 40 years old, we all resembled our youthful selves.
This photo is more recent. Patsy Bell Congleton and Joyce Ford Foster were celebrating Halloween at their Red Hat Ladies Society party at the Cypress Lakes Golf Club in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, recently when Jim Holland dropped by for some picture-taking. . . and girl hugging! Patsy is the masked marvel on your left, and that's Joyce on your right either experiencing a fit of ecstasy or catching 40 winks.
Billie Hurst McClammery (dec.) visited Nancy King Stewart's home in 1983 when this photo was taken by Nancy. I believe there must have been an earlier version of the SHS Sweethearts club which met periodically back in the 1980's.
Here are Zecora Wilcutt Sanders (on the left) and Glenda Craft Lindsay (on the right) at one of Nancy's hosted get-togethers. Looks like they're studying something seriously here.
