CREATE A CARD FOR THEM

I don't know about you, but at my stage in life I really can't justify paying the printer to make "business cards"--I am no longer full-time at the business of keeping my nose to the grindstone.

I rather like the idea of "calling cards," though.  I don't hand them out so freely, but when it comes time to give someone my phone number, address, or e-mail address and neither he/she nor I have a pen on us, it is useful to exchange calling cards.

Jim Kimbrell has suggested that we take this to a new level on the website.  We now offer a free calling card design service for SHS Class of 1956 members.

If you still use your old business card, mail us one or email us a scanned image of it.  We will post it on this page, and your creative classmate colleagues who have PhotoShop or other image design software will delight in offering you their extreme makeovers that are sure to surprise and amuse your friends, acquaintances and even strangers with whom you share them.

Heck, some of these creative classmate colleagues may even offer them uninvited.

Note Bene:  What you will see on this page will be the design only, even the image of your current card, will have the addresses and phone numbers obscured.  Rest assured that we take seriously our solemn promise to you that we will not reveal any personal contact information in this public place that can be accessed by anybody and everybody who uses the Internet.
